Prezentul simplu exprima actiuni obisnuite, repetate .
La persoana a III-a sg (he/ she/ it ) verbele primesc terminatia - s sau -es. Primesc -es verbele care se termina in :
-o ; I go ...he goes
-x; I fix ...she fixes
-ss; you dress... he dresses
-sh ; we wash ...she washes
-ch ; they watch TV ...she watches TV
Verbele care se termina in -y si au o vocala inainte de -y primesc -s la pers a III-a sg .
Ex . I play- he plays
Verbele care se termina in -y si au o consoana inainte de -y primesc -ies la pers a III-a sg .
Ex I try- he tries
Translate :
1. Noi luam micul dejun la 7 in fiecare luni.
We have breakfast at 7 o'clock every Monday .
2. El ia micul dejun la ora 10 in fiecare vineri.
He has breakfast at 10 o'clock every Friday.
3. In fiecare joi ei merg la sala .

In engleza spunem ora pana la 12 . Nu exista ora 15, 17, 19... Exista 3 pm ; 5 pm ; 7 p.m

Negatia se formeaza din do not + V la toate persoanele cu exceptia pers a III-a sg ( he/ she/ it ) unde se foloseste does not + V
